“I have never in my life seen a talent like this,” said musical legend Quincy Jones about Jacob Collier who will perform at the Reykjavík Arts Festival on June 16 at Harpa.

This multi-talented musician has been described as an incredible live performer whose rapport with the audience is unique. He burst onto the scene a decade ago with his arrangements of popular songs, harmonizing with multiple versions of himself and playing every single instrument. Today Collier is a six-time Grammy award winner who enjoys untold respect in the music world, having performed with such diverse artists as Coldplay, Brandi Carlile, Hans Zimmer and Alicia Keys. His creative output defies definition, bringing together the world of jazz, soul and R&B along with pop and even classical music. At his concert in Harpa we get him in his element, moving between instruments and musical genres.
